Funk Motorsport's Thermal Protection Cover provides additional reliability on starter motors in which are prone to failing due to fatigue caused by heat and debris. The starter motor protection will provide a clean and healthy starter for years to come. The protector comes in a universal sheet that measures 63cm x 18cm which can be trimmed to size to provide a perfect fit (as the one displayed in the product image). Three strips of velcro provide a locking force that will provide a strong fit around your starter. Whilst this cover is designed for starter motors, some have used this on a wide array of components including individual throttle bodies (ITB), master cylinders, on board compressors etc.
