A comprehensive two-volume monograph on the works of Spanish artist Betsy Westendorp (b. 1927). Based in Manila since the 1950s, Westendorp is known for her classical paintings of Philippine flowers, atmospheric skies and landscapes, as well as distinctive portraits of the Spanish and Filipino elite. Principally authored by Cid Reyes, the monograph also includes the manuscript of a text on Westendorp's paintings by Spanish critic Elena Flores.
